CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Meri Asha Samajik Sanstha offers a refund policy to donors only if there was an error or technical reason for the transfer, which resulted in donors making double payments or donating an additional amount.

The refund information will be sent to you by email/letter with all the specifics. The return will be made in the name of the donor party via an A/c payee check or NEFT.

After the donation is accepted by our online payment gateway service providers, no refund or cancellation requests for the contributed amount will be processed unless our payment gateway service providers issue a fraud notification.
